Enlist in the Customer Service Army ranks today!
When you join the CSA as a new soldier, you start out as a private in the army. From there you can work your way up the ranks by writing as many quality reviews as possible. Other CSA soldiers will rate the usefulness of your reviews. When writing your reviews, try to keep in mind what other CSA soldiers or civilian customers might find helpful when choosing a business for their next customer service experience.
Our goal is to improve the way customer service is practiced for all businesses. To achieve our goal, we need to ensure that all of our soldiers write high quality reviews. For a soldier to maintain their rank in the CSA, we require an 80% quality rating for written reviews based on their helpfulness.
Some ranks will take time and dedication to achieve. You will be called upon to go behind the enemy lines of businesses that provide bad customer service during your tour of duty. You will have the pleasure of experiencing great customer service, or medal winning customer service, along your tour as well. Dedicated soldiers will have the honor to of being recognized for their contributions to customer service improvement by receiving medals.
