Our Mission
Customer Service Army’s (CSA) mission is to constantly improve the way customer service is practiced by sounding off about customer service – good and bad! We want to create a current and easy to use forum that allows any customer to attack bad service and promote great service. Our commanding officers want all CSA soldiers in the field to help expand upon what “medal winning customer service” should be. That’s why we have allowed all soldiers to create their own optional review categories for any customer service review. Then, based on soldier feedback we will add the best categories to our permanent scoring service categories.

CSA troops are in the trenches of the customer service war on a daily basis. Our soldiers dedicate themselves to our cause and stand up for customers who cannot or will not. The CSA is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Businesses will never know when a recruit from the CSA might interact with their business, in person, over the phone, or online. Together we can raise the customer service bar to its highest level!

Your Mission
Your mission as an army recruit, should you choose to accept it, is to report bad service and good service in any capacity. It doesn’t matter if it’s in person at a restaurant, or online when purchasing a new pair of shoes – we need your feedback! Join the customer service revolution and help us create the end-all customer service review organization!

A good recruit will take the opportunity to report customer service at every customer interaction on a regular basis. Just think about how many times you communicate with a business in one day or one week. There are bills to pay, drycleaning to pick up, movie rentals to drop off, sporting events to attend, restaurants to stop by for dinner, and many more!

You can climb the CSA ranks by the number and quality of reviews you write. Use the chart on the ranks page to see what service level you can achieve. With each new service level you achieve, you will also receive certain benefits for your tour of duty.
