Climbing the Customer Service Army ranks has its rewards. To receive a CSA medal is an honor that only a select few will attain. Keep in mind that the CSA is the most comprehensive and publicly available customer service measurement tool for all industries.
Soldiers who write the most quality reviews are eligible for our prestigious customer service medals on both a monthly and annual basis. The officers of the CSA use numerous criteria to determine the soldier medal winners, which can include: most tours of duty/reviews written; highest review quality; tone of review coverage; amount of optional category evaluations added and overall helpfulness to civilian customers.
Businesses that receive the best reviews are also eligible for our distinguished customer service medals on a monthly and annual basis. On the other hand, businesses that receive the worst reviews will be the recipients of our customer service casualty medals on a monthly and annual basis. The officers of the CSA use numerous criteria to determine the business medal winners, which can include: most reviews written about a business; number of medal winning scores or service casualty scores; tone of review coverage; repeat customer likeliness; recommendation likeliness and overall customer service improvements, etc.
