Our mission is to sound off about customer service for all businesses! Any business can use Customer Service Army as a tool to measure its customer service for free - in person, over the phone, or online.

If not already listed, add your business name on our website.
All business owners or designated employees will sign up as a soldier in the Customer Service Army (CSA). Once the CSA business development team has verified your business, we can give you permission rights to edit your business page. This includes the ability to add all business locations, include website information and include customizable information about your business, including images. Even if you don’t have a website, our soon to be released “MyCustomerServiceStore” can act as a miniature website for your business. MyCustomerServiceStore gives you the ability to offer customizable product and service promotions at any time. |

Add your own customer satisfaction categories to our standard survey.
You can add any type of questions you would like, including fill in the blank, dropdown selections with pre-determined answers, etc. If your business is a restaurant, you may want to include questions about the ambiance, cleanliness, seating and greeting times. Any survey question can be designated as a required question for customers who take a survey for your business. All customer service data about your business can be exported for you to analyze customer trends. CSA can also provide detailed reporting at your convenience. |

Direct customers to our website to rank your business.
We provide image links that can be placed on your website to show your real-time customer satisfaction percentage. Your customers can take a survey at any time by clicking on our image link above. This will direct them to your landing page on our website. Once they are on your business page, they can read all the reviews written by any of your customers. If they want to write a review, they are prompted to sign up for CSA; then they are directed to your review page. |

Check the CSA website to see your customer satisfaction scores in real time!
You can even see the public customer satisfaction scores of your closest competitors. The great part is that everything is measured using the same scale. There will be no more misleading customer satisfaction data! Our goal is to set a new standard in customer service measurement for all businesses, where customers can see exactly what determines your current customer satisfaction score. |
